About us
Dr. Jens C. KoblitzMy research focusses on the areas of sensory ecophysiology, behavioral ecology and applied ecology by combining basic research with passive acoustic monitoring. Most of my work has focussed on the echolocation in bats and toothed whales. I use bioacoustics and acoustic monitoring as tools to investigate species specific adaptations to environmental conditions, interactions on an inter- and intra-species level and ecological forces acting on population levels. Dr. Peter StilzMy work focusses on signal processing of large acoustic datasets and multi-receiver recrodings. |
